This is a milk chocolate with a very high cacao content. We developed the recipe with the intention to marry the intensity of dark chocolate with the texture and experience of milk chocolate. With a higher cacao content than most traditional milk chocolates, it maintains the personality and complexity inherent in our cocoa, while still offering the comforting creaminess of milk chocolate. This is our bar with the lowest sugar content, and is a wonderful surprise for those who might think they don’t like strong chocolate.
