This is our take on a swiss style milk chocolate… and it’s an easy one to fall in love with. It ‘s super creamy, just sweet enough, and full of complexity. We grind whole grain pilsner brewing malt, bringing notes of buttered toast and a little bit of a malted milkshake, making for a complex and well rounded flavor. The brown butter provides a rich caramel which lingers in the mouth. It may sound a bit wild, but try it and you’ll see exactly what we’re talking about, and just how well all these flavors work together.
