This is an outstanding Dong Ding Oolong! Unlike most Taiwan origin Dong Dings that are grown in lower elevation tea gardens, this High Mountain Dong Ding tea is grown at an elevation of 1850m (6,070ft). The certified Organic tea garden is situated along the Western border of Guangxi, near Yunnan The tea garden and processing is excellently managed by an ex-Taiwanese tea grower and tea maker. The tea is a lightly oxidized fresh oolong with a light/medium roast.
