Description French technique with a uniquely Utah terroir. This small format brie is studded with truffles to add deep umami character to its already craveable paste. Ballerina Farm, located just over the Wasatch mountains from Salt Lake, is home to verdant pastures and rolling mountain hillsides of green. Utah raised cows impart the flavor of our local mountains into this small format version of traditional french brie that we’re proud to call a food from our home.
