STORAGE & CARE INFO Heritage Bee honey is both raw and unpasteurized, and does not expire. It is bottled at the temperature that exists within the beehive (which is 95F), so as long as the honey is heated up to 105F, it does not damage the product or pasteurize the honey. If the honey is subjected to high heat for a prolonged period, it can return to its liquid state, which leads to a separation of the flavours.
