Black Tourmaline – Woven Palm Leaf Small Brimmed Hat with UPF 50 Protection

Black Tourmaline is a woven Palm Leaf ” Straw hat” – the hat itself is a well-known High-quality Tula Hat – a Fair Trade Handmade hat with  UPF 50 protection. Traveling Bohemian Designer, Rebecca- Dressed the hat with a natural cotton ribbon with a flower and butterfly pattern printed in black. A chunk of black tourmaline rests on the side of the hat nestled inside the leather chord wrapping at the base of the hat band,  The hat is  made with tightly layered and sewn-together palm leaves and offers UPF 50 protection. The brim meassures approx 3.5″. Each hat comes with an adhesive hat pad to help fit it to your head  in the case that the hat is too big.  Each Hat is a one-of-a-kind piece of art made by Williamsburg, MA artist Rebecca Piermarini. Using mixed skills of painting, pyrography (wood burning tool), torching, Stitching, beading, floral arrangements, and sometimes even felting these hats are transformed into a wearable piece of art.
