Description Vine ripened, hand picked when yellow/red, soaked in water overnight and rubbed to remove skins then dried in the sun. This pepper is picked by hand each harvesting season between March and May contributing to the economic well-being and growth of the Region. Their pepper is produced in accordance with traditional organic procedures without the use of any chemicals (neither chemical insecticides nor chemical fertilizers).
