Description Vine ripened, hand picked when green and dried in the sun. This pepper is picked by hand each harvesting season between March and May contributing to the economic well-being and growth of the Region. Their pepper is produced in accordance with traditional organic procedures without the use of any chemicals (neither chemical insecticides nor chemical fertilizers).
