The greatest care and attention is given throughout the entire production process. The end result is an impeccably balanced and nuanced flavor that compliments the chocolate shell perfectly. These chocolates are perfect for gift-giving and even better for hiding in hard to reach corners of the pantry for an indulgent treat. Due to changing inventory and seasonal flavors, we cannot guarantee specific flavors, but we will do our best to fulfill requests, which can be added in the order notes. Flavors currently in rotation: Caramel: A classic vanilla infused salted caramel with a buttery finish. Dark Chocolate: Fresh tart and fruity passion fruit juice is made into a buttery caramel. Passion Fruit Caramel: Orange zest and fresh squeezed juice are blended with dark chocolate. Peanut Butter & Jelly: Ground roasted peanuts are made into a praline with a layer of house-made seasonal jelly. Champagne: Delicate champagne is blended into an equally delicate filling. Coffee: Fresh ground coffee is steeped in cream before being blended into a chocolate filling. Lime Chili: Fresh lime zest and juice is enhanced with a touch of heat from crushed red chili flakes. Wild Honey: The unique sweetness of fresh honey is highlighted in silky smooth filling. Bananas Foster: The intense flavor of fresh ripe bananas is flambéed into a delicate filling. Lychee: Fresh lychees are pureed and blended into a light delicate filling. Almond Praline: Roasted almonds are blended into a rich textured filling. Pineapple Basil: Caramelized fresh pineapple is complemented with fresh basil in a lovely caramel filling. Grapefruit Campari: The intense flavor of ruby red grapefruit is enriched with the unique flavor of Campari. Pistachio Cherry: Fresh roasted pistachios are blended with caramelized and layered with a tart cherry filling.
