The cocoa beans used to make this chocolate are grown organically by a regenerative cooperative in the forests of Virunga National Park in Eastern Congo. Ocelot’s careful infusion of tangy blood orange and creamy vanilla elevates the deep forest notes of this beautiful chocolate experience. To make the perfect hot chocolate, stir 3 heaped tablespoons (approx 28g) of drinking chocolate into 200ml of warmed milk. whisk over the heat until smooth and thickened.
