Generally, it is effective in increasing stamina and endurance, as well as lowering blood pressure and blood sugar level.Quandong – The native Australian fruit is known for its purgative nature. Traditional medicine uses quandong infusions for its gentle laxative effect. Tea made from quandong is likewise used to alleviate symptoms of rheumatism.Lemon Myrtle – Lemon myrtle has a reputation as a powerful antiseptic and anti-virus agent that can destroy disease-carrying microorganisms. Aromatic wood from Quandong trees was also highly prized and traditionally used in smoking ceremonies. DIRECTIONS How to BrewHow to StorePlace 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per cup (250ml) into an infuser or teapot and pour over boiling water (100°C)Infuse for at least 3-4 minutes depending on your desired strengthPour into your favourite cup and experience the momentWe recommend complementing with a slice of lemonEnjoy 1-3 cups daily in between meals to refresh and revitalise.How to brew an Iced Tea versionAustralian Bush Blush with its brilliant crimson colour makes a refreshing iced tea or cocktail infusion:Place 4-8 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per 1 L, into a jug or teapot and fill with boiling water (100°C)Infuse for 5-30 minutes, or overnight, depending on your desired strengthWe recommend serving in a tall glass over ice and experience the momentComplement with a medley of fruits, sparkling mineral water or or your favourite cocktail mixer.
